BIG DOLLAR CASINO LAUNCHES FIRST BIG PLAYER COMPETITION
Big Dollar Casino has announced the launch of its largest promotion since it switched software in April 2010. “World Series” is a baseball themed competition celebrating spring training and the start of Major League Baseball season in April.
“As with everything else we do, we’re going big on this competition. From its theme to the way we’re marketing it and the prizes we’re giving away,” says Simon King, Big Dollar Casino spokesperson.
Launched on 1st March 2011, the competition enables registered casino players to earn competition points, based on loyalty points earned, while playing any of the casino games, such as video slots, classic slots, table games, video poker, keno and other games. Until 27th March 2011, players can easily register by logging in to the casino and each week the top three players who earned the most points will win two tickets to a local baseball game or bonus money prizes.
“The competition features a leader board announcing exactly which players are holding what positions within the competition and can be seen immediately and in real time as players log in to the casino. The leader board encourages players to get their names up in lights and compete to do better,” says King.
“The top ten players from each week will then get entered into the final round which runs from 28th to 31st March 2011. The players begin on zero points and after four days, the winner is once again determined by the amount of accumulated points.”
The ultimate prize in the competition is four box tickets to a Major League Baseball game of the winners’ choice, including flights and accommodation. Second place is $500 in bonus money, third place $250 in bonus money and fourth to tenth positions will be rewarded with a double set of tickets to a baseball game in their area.
“We have just announced our first three winners and the feedback from players so far has been exceedingly good. This competition is just another way that the Big Dollar Casino team is ensuring that we bring our players the biggest, most exciting gaming experience out there,” concludes King.
